Pricing update

Legacy plans stay put. New resources are itemized.

We upgraded OpenClaw Setup pricing so you can buy exactly the runtime capacity you need: Light, Medium, Large, and optional Paperclip. If you are on an older bundled plan, your current plan is not being removed or repriced.

Before Bundled plans

One subscription tier controlled the number of hosted OpenClaw instances.

Now Itemized capacity

Choose how many Light, Medium, or Large instances you want, and add Paperclip only if needed.

What changed

Capacity now follows the actual instance size

The old plans were simple, but they treated every instance the same. The new model lets you keep inexpensive Light instances for normal agents and purchase larger runtimes only when a workflow needs them.

Light

$6.90/mo

1 CPU / 3 GB RAM / 20 GB storage

Everyday agents, chat workflows, and lightweight automations.

Medium

$14.90/mo

2 CPUs / 8 GB RAM / 80 GB storage

Larger workspaces, more context, and heavier memory/wiki usage.

Large

$29.90/mo

4 CPUs / 16 GB RAM / 160 GB storage

High-resource agents, bigger files, and long-running workspaces.
Paperclip

Optional workspace add-on: $4.90/mo

Paperclip is separate from hosted OpenClaw instance capacity. New Paperclip workspace deployments require the add-on. Already deployed Paperclip workspaces are not interrupted by this pricing update.

01

Current plans are not affected

Your current legacy plan, billing status, and already running instances continue as before.

02

Legacy capacity is Light capacity

Legacy bundled instance slots are treated as Light slots: 1 CPU, 3 GB RAM, and 20 GB storage.

03

Higher resources are opt-in

Medium and Large capacity is purchased separately, then used for new deployments or upgrades.

Practical path

Keep legacy capacity for Light. Add larger tiers only when useful.

If your current OpenClaw instances are working, you do not need to change anything. If an agent needs more memory or storage, add Medium or Large capacity from Billing and upgrade that instance.
