Isolated runtimes
Each customer instance runs as its own managed runtime with a dedicated workspace, configuration, and browser profile — not a shared multi-tenant process.
About
Lobsterland is managed cloud hosting for OpenClaw and Hermes agents. We run the runtime, the dashboard, and the secure access path so your assistant stays online without you babysitting a server.
Lobsterland is built and operated by Gregory Potemkin — the same small team behind the managed OpenClaw and Hermes hosting platform. There is no faceless ops desk in the loop: the person running the infrastructure is the person you reach when something needs attention.
"OpenClaw" is the open-source agent runtime. Lobsterland is the hosted home for it: we provision instances, handle upgrades and migrations, wire up Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp channels, and keep the agent reachable through an authenticated dashboard instead of a raw open port.
You bring your provider keys and your workflow; we run the always-on instance. That means a persistent agent you can message from your phone, a Hosted Browser the agent drives inside its own runtime, and a control plane for model spend, connected addons, and runtime state — managed hosting for teams that would rather ship than maintain.
Trust & security posture
Each customer instance runs as its own managed runtime with a dedicated workspace, configuration, and browser profile — not a shared multi-tenant process.
Provider keys and integration secrets pass through the platform control plane and encrypted storage paths, so agents never need broad direct access to raw credentials.
Dashboard actions, browser viewing, and manual takeover sit behind account authentication — not unauthenticated VNC, CDP, or shell endpoints exposed to the open internet.
The full breakdown — including the Hosted Browser model and owner responsibilities — lives on the security page.
